Realtek AC 97

HAllo alle!

Ich hab seit 2 Wochen eine FreeBSD da und bisher hatte ich gar keine Problemme . Nur dass ich immer noch kein Sound habe. Die Frage ist also, ob´s gibt Modulle für Realtek AC 97 und wenn nicht wie installiere ich die Soundtreiber direkt im Kernel? Ich hoff es gibt für die Unterstützung in Freebsd 5.3.
Es ist einbisschen spezifisch da, weil das keine PCI sondern On-Board ist.
Das modell der Motheboard is GA-7N400-L. Oder kann ich das Modul eine adere Karte dafür anwenden? :confused:

Hallo Andreas,

ich hab zuerst mit dem Meta-Triber versucht. Als Ergebniss bekomme ich:

Danach hab ich mit jedem Treiber einnach einander, wieder nichts....
Eigentlich erhalte ich sehr oft beim "kldload snd_maestro " beispielsweise,
"kldload: can't load snd_maestro: File exists"
/dev/dsp gibts in keinem Fall.

Ich weiss nicht was ich noch versuchen soll, um die Soundkarte einzurichten... :(

Starte FreeBSD neu, kontrolliere mit:
# kldstat
ob kein anderers Sound-Kernelmodul schon geladen ist. Dann versuche:
# kldload snd_ich.ko

Es klappt mit kldload kldload snd_ich.ko aber wieso hat es beim kldload snd_ich nicht??? Was ist eigentlich die .ko Erweiterung?
 
*.ko sind Kernelmodule. Bei FreeBSD 5.3 findest Du alle Kernelmodule unter /boot/kernel. Du kannst sie mit kldload laden, mit kldstat siehst Du alle geladenen Kernelmodule und kldunload macht das Gegenteil von kldload.

Mit gewissen Einträgen in der Datei /boot/loader.conf kannst Du das gewünschte Sound-Kernelmodul automatisch beim Booten laden lassen. Die möglichen Einträge für /boot/loader.conf findest Du unter /boot/defaults/loader.conf!
