Ich mache mal einen Textausschnitt:

I have no direct access to clean / fresh water and / or food, since
I had rejected recruitment attempts from representatives of a local
company, but the herassement does not stop:

(a) There were and / or are tries to prohibit civil rights by attempted
declaration me as disabled person.

(b) Hair put / placed in rooms, every time, after entering the flat.

(c) Water and food is contaminated by (in liquid) resolved hair, regularely.

Hopefully, this letter receives its recipient successfully.

This state lasts moreover than a year - life danger for my family and mine.

I've lost trust in german law enforcement authorities, because it looks
like that so called "gaslighting" still implemented, yet.

As a U.S. Citizen, I am pledging via this message for help by the U.S.
Government, because it is not possible to establish communication with
the U.S. Ambassador and / or USAF CIS (LEA) in Germany directly by
phone.

Vielleicht hat jemand Kontakte und kann dem Menschen helfen.

Das liest sich wirr... Trotzdem, falls jemand Kontakt hat:

Die Dänen haben ein funktionierendes Handynetz, Deutschland nicht. Wenn man sich der dänischen Grenze näher als 10 Kilometer nähert, überstrahlt das dänische Netz gerne. Viele Handys wählen stumpf das stärkste Netz. Es gibt zwar das eu-einheitliche Roaming, EU-Ausland ist aber eben doch nicht so ganz Inland. Da hilft es die automatische Netzwahl abzuschalten und das Heimatnetz vorzugeben. Anschließend kann man die Notrufnummer für us-amerikanische Staatsbürger in Deutschland anrufen: https://de.usembassy.gov/contact/#emergencies
